Atlas carries that experience into your browser — helping you match parts to your boat, compare options, and get answers without waiting. Se habla español.
What Atlas can help with
- Finding the right product: Tell Atlas your boat length, your windlass model, your rail diameter or your anchor weight, and it will point you to the items in our catalog that fit and explain why.
- Product specifications and compatibility: Dimensions, materials, finishes, part numbers, and what works with what. Atlas knows our catalog.
- Custom builds- Our windlass anchor rodes are built to specifications. Atlas can walk you through chain type and size, rope diameter, length, swivels and chain markers, so you know exactly what you need before you build.
- Installation and product documentation: Atlas will point you to the manuals, wiring diagrams, and dimension drawings posted on each product page.
- Store policies. Shipping, returns, warranty, payment methods, and dealer inquiries.
What Atlas can't do
- Atlas cannot look up your order, account, or tracking. For order status, visit My Orders or check your shipping confirmation email.
- Atlas cannot process a return. Returns start at our Return Center.
- Atlas cannot change prices, apply discounts, or make promises beyond our published policies.
- If Atlas can't answer something, he will say so and point you to our contact page — a real person from our team will help you.
How Atlas works
Atlas is built on a large language model,the same technology behind today's leading AI assistants. It is knowledgeable, but it is not infallible. It may occasionally suggest a product that isn't the right match for a specialized application, or state something imprecisely.
