OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get your products to your door as quickly as possible. All orders placed by 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Five Oceans uses USPS/UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or the customer selects an expedited option. Please allow 1 business days for processing your order and an additional 2–5 business day for your order to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO

All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. This information will be provided at checkout. These shipments may take a up to 10 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

 

ORDER PICKUP

Orders need 1 business day to be processed. Once your order is ready for pick up you will be notified via email. Local orders can be pick-up at the Five Oceans headquarters:

Pickup times are from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Kindly, have your valid ID & order number ready for pick-up.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are not processed through our website, for international orders please contact customer service at info@five-oceans.com. Please keep in mind we do not take responsibility for duty processes or costs of each country of destination. The only payment method accepted for these orders is wire transfer.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

Five Oceans’ goal is to make purchasing product as easy as possible so you can spend more time enjoying your passion! We understand that sometimes orders need to be returned. Our return policy is intended to help you with getting the right product that will help you have a great time on board.

If your Five Oceans purchase does not meet your needs or expectations and is within a 30-day period, package your unused item in its original packaging with proof of purchase and send it back to us. In the case products are not in the same conditions as they were shipped the return will be rejected.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Five Oceans® products sold by Baron USA, LLC warrants for defective materials or workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
