1. Once the request is approved your anchor rode will be ready in around 7-10 business days. We will email you as soon as it is ready for pickup, or as soon as it is shipped.

2. Customized anchor rodes that need to be shipped: we will be sending you a quotation for shipping costs. Upon approval your anchor rode will get into production. They do not apply for free shipping.

3. If you wish to pick up your anchor rode in our warehouse, please send us an email.

4. Customized anchor rodes are FINAL SALE non-returnable.
