Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

You can check your order status and details by logging in to your account. In addition, you will receive order status updates via email.

Where/When can I pick up my order?

Orders need 1 business day to be processed. Once your order is ready for pick up you will be notified via email. Local orders can be pick-up at the Five Oceans headquarters:

SHOPPING/PURCHASING/ORDERS:

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed daily. Orders placed prior to 2 pm EST are processed the same day. Any order made after 2 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Estimated transit time is 2-5 days depending on the shipping service chosen at checkout.

Do you accept order exchanges?
If your Five Oceans purchase does not meet your needs or expectations and is within a 30-day period, package your unused item in its original packaging with proof of purchase and send it back to us. A 15% refund fee is applied to all returns.

How can I cancel my order?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

Can you match prices?
Five Oceans is continuously researching the market in order to provide the most competitive prices in the industry. If you have any special inquiry do not hesitate to contact us.

My coupon code is not working, what should I do?
If your coupon code is not working please contact us. Please, Provide the item number and the coupon code you are trying to apply.

Can I apply a coupon code to a placed order?
Your coupon can only be applied during the checkout process. After the order is placed, a coupon cannot be applied.


RETURNS:

Does my product have a warranty?
All our products have a one (1) year warranty, visit our shipping & returns page for more details or under the product page.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return has been delivered to our facility. Once your refund is processed you will receive an email notification and funds should be posted to your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on the internal policies of your bank.
