Where/When can I pick up my order?
Local orders can be pick-up at the Five Oceans headquarters. Kindly, have your order number and valid ID ready for pick-up.
Order must be placed and paid at least two hours before pickup.
Latest pickup time is 4:30 PM.

What are the hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed daily. Orders placed prior to 2 pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day. Any order made after 2 pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.
Estimated transit time is 2-5 days depending on the shipping service chosen at checkout.

Does my product have a warranty?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the return has been delivered to our facility.
After we send you the refund notification, funds should be posted to your bank account within about 5-7 business days, depending on the internal policies of your bank.
