Returns

You are able to return an item as long as it falls under the 30-day return policy. Further details can be found under the shipping & returns section. Important to note international sales are excluded and items marked Final Sale. Restocking fees may apply, check out return policy for more details. 

Exchanges

We are truly sorry but no exchanges allowed, you must return the item for a refund in order to purchase a different item. Return fees may apply.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 2 pm (excluding weekends, holidays, or if we're sailing "smiles" ). You can also find more details on our shipping & returns section. 

Do you ship internationally (outside USA)?

At the moment we are not processing international orders. Please contact us and we will let you know how and where to order if you want to ship to an international location.
